All'interno della nostra Business Unit Financial Services, ricerchiamo un Senior Account Manager con una solida esperienza nel settore bancario e una forte propensione allo sviluppo del business nel mondo Data, Analytics & AI. La figura fungerà da consulente strategico per i nostri top client, gestendo la relazione commerciale e supervisionando la qualità della delivery progettuale.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Business Development: Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business su clienti esistenti e nuovi prospect del settore Banking.

  • Relationship Management: Gestire relazioni a livello executive, posizionando l’offerta della società nell'ambito della data transformation.

  • Project Oversight: Supervisionare i progetti complessi coordinando i team interni per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi del cliente.

  • Offerta Strategica: Collaborare con le aree tecniche per definire proposte innovative e soluzioni su misura per il mercato finanziario in ambito Data & AI.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza: Pluriennale esperienza (oltre 10 anni) maturata in società di consulenza IT o system integrator, con focus specifico sul mercato Banking.

  • Network: Consolidata capacità di networking e gestione di portafogli clienti complessi.

  • Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza delle dinamiche legate ad ambiti quali Data Platform, AI & Analytics.

  • Leadership: Eccellenti doti comunicative e capacità di gestire trattative ad alto livello.

  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
