Human Resources Specialist
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist, mainly specialized in Recruitment, to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
The Human Resources Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers, as well as getting engaged in other HR activities. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles mainly in the Consulting or professional services field, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Also, you will be engaged in other HR activities
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining a good relationship with calibers through different hiring tools to fulfill any open requests.
- Creating and publishing job ads through various portals
- Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
- Screening resumes and job applications as well as interviewing well qualified calibers.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Sending job offers and following up with the calibers till they join the Company.
- Help hiring managers in finding the right calibers through following the HR techniques.
- Joining in job fairs when required
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Conducting onboarding and orientation for new joiners.
- Engaging in other HR tasks .
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university, preferably business administration
- 2-3 yrs of Experience in Recruitment, preferably with consulting firms or Professional services.
- Very good command of English (a must)
- Very good communication and Presentation skills (a must)
- Problem solving skills and able to find solutions for different situations
- Experience with ATS tools (preferable)
- HR certificate (Preferable)
- Very good command of MS office (a must)
- Good understanding of Labor law and governmental regulations.
