Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Team Leadership: Anticipate client interactions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions. Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of EPM solutions.
• EPM Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement EPM solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes. Utilize tools like: SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning, Oracle PBCS,SAP BPC, OneStream, Anaplan, Board, etc .
• Process Optimization: Identify and propose process improvements for clients to optimize their EPM workflows and approval cycles, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and business decision-making.
• Data Integration & Reporting: Integrate EPM solutions with various data sources (ERP Systems, POS, OLAP Database Tables, APIs, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and financial reporting capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and IT departments. Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and mentoring to client teams and junior consultants. Transfer knowledge on best practices, EPM tools, and methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest EPM trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the service offering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, FMVA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in delivering EPM solutions, with at least 2 end-to-end project cycles.
• Proven expertise in implementing and supporting EPM platforms such as (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, Anaplan, SAC Planning, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and interact with clients at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing client relationships, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
