SDG Group Italy, realtà consolidata e attualmente in forte espansione nell’ambito Big Data & Analytics, è alla ricerca di una figura di Talent Acquisition che si dedicherà ad attività di attraction e sourcing, sostenendo lo sviluppo del nostro brand con l’afflusso di nuovi talenti all’interno dell’ organizzazione. Le responsabilità includono il monitoraggio e il sourcing di potenziali talenti, la costruzione di solide relazioni con gli hiring managers e la valutazione dei candidati tramite interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing tramite piattaforme social, Linkedin recruiter, community specializzate;

  • Job posting e gestione annunci;

  • Screening, interviste HR, presentazione dei candidati alla linea e gestione del processo di selezione;

  • Confronto con gli hiring managers per comprendere gli aspetti tecnici di maggior rilievo per la posizione;

  • Monitoraggio dei KPIs e reportistica dettagliata sulle attività di recruiting eseguite;

 

Requirements:

  • Forte interesse per l’ambito tecnologico e informatico e curiosità nell’approfondire la conoscenza di specifiche tecnologie;

  • Laurea in indirizzi legati al mondo delle risorse umane

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e abilità interpersonali;

  • Buona assertività e capacità di negoziazione;
