Internal Communications and Employer Branding Associate
What will be your mission?
- Spread the most relevant stories of the organization using our internal communication channels to engage our people (Intranet, Videos, Podcast, Offices…), providing context, clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone, identifying opportunities and risks within each project, and tailoring the message to intended audiences.
- Coordinate targeted initiatives with our with internal clients/stakeholders to boost our employee experience and align with our culture and corporate goals. You will be in close contact with colleagues to listen and transmit their stories, acting as a bridge between the business and the rest of the organization.
- Create and manage new internal end-to-end campaigns, thinking out of the box and incorporating new trends. You will work in several topics such as Smart working, Values, Diversity, Feedback culture and Recognize, Innovation, Sharing Knowledge and much more.
- Co-design and develop internal events and meetings (Summer Parties, Leader Conventions...), Teambuilding activities by Office (Health & Wellness, Solidarity, Breakfasts C-Level, Cross meetings…) to connect y enjoy.
- Collaborate to boost our employer branding creating external campaigns in our Social Media channels (Linkedin, Instagram...) to engage our future candidates and AI, Data & Analytics talent.
What will make you succeed in this position? 👇
- 2 years of experience in internal communications with experience in global organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public relations, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or related field required.
- Previous experience in preparing communications, organizing information campaigns and working on cross-functional projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills a MUST. Able to present ideas and arguments clear and efficiency.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level). International work environment. Experience in working with colleagues from other countries and regions is preferred.
- Experience using programmes such as Adobe (Photoshop, In Design, Premier Pro), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Yammer), HubSpot, Google Site & Analytics, Canva, etc.
